Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active xck444 account only. Registering or maintaining more than one account — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, payment method, device, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, xck444 will close all accounts involved, void any associated bonuses, and may withhold any funds determined to have been obtained through the operation of multiple accounts.

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and at all subsequent points when xck444 requests updated information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and payment details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You may be required to submit identity documents (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address before withdrawal requests are processed. xck444 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals until verification is complete. In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game round, xck444 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the corresponding wager amount to the player's account. xck444 is not liable for losses arising from technical errors. Wins resulting from an identifiable system error or software malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xck444:

Violation of this clause will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.
